A Message To Our Clients

Dear Friends,

We hope you and your family have remained safe and healthy. As we’ve all experienced, COVID-19 represented a continually evolving challenge to the business world. For the safety of our clients, our team, and their families, NetCenergy decided to serve your needs from our home offices. Our HQ in Cranston was staffed each day by one member of our leadership team to facilitate deliveries of equipment and mail.

We are happy to report that our client service functions worked seamlessly, including executing service tickets, quoting, and ordering and tracking products. As RI, MA and CT reopening phases are in progress, we have increased our on-site services based on your priorities.

Quarterly Business Review meetings and on-going training sessions continue as always, held remotely or in-person. The decision to perform all on-site services is based on client preference and our ability to respect the currently recommended (and ever-changing) distancing and safety standards.

We are happy to announce that as of July 1, 2021, our team will be back together in full force, working collaboratively at our Cranston office and in your workplaces. We will do everything we can to ensure your continued IT peace of mind as we reenter the new normal.
